Not every outing is 100% unique every time because availability varies by city and date. We do aim for variety and try to avoid repetition where possible.

Toudou is a tailored surprise outing. You fill the Surprise Guide with your wishes (like vibe, budget, and timing). We match you with one fitting outing from a local partner. You book, get a reveal moment, and receive all practical info.

The reveal moment is when the surprise opens up. Beforehand you know enough to be confident it fits; at the reveal you get the exact details, like which partner and location. It keeps things exciting without adding stress.

Yes. In the Guide you clearly indicate what does and doesn't suit you, like activity type, intensity, food, and social setting. We never plan something that knowingly crosses your boundaries. If you want extra reassurance, we can share a hint or review things with you.

It depends on the partner. Some outings are instantly bookable; others are on request when capacity is tight. In every case we keep you updated and give you a clear confirmation.

For smaller groups up to about 20 people you usually book via the Guide. For larger groups or special needs we do a short intake and plan something custom. Company outing or offsite? Invoicing is always possible.

You set it yourself. Pick a budget between €20 and €100 per person in the Guide, and we match an experience that fits. Higher budgets allow for more elaborate matches.

Yes. From €20 you can already plan something fun; more budget opens more possibilities or luxury. From €100 per person we happily create something custom via the contact form.

We offer local surprise outings in Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Rotterdam. Don't see your city yet? Let us know, we can probably still arrange something for you.

Both work. Book for yourself, with your partner, friends, or colleagues. In the Guide you indicate who joins so we can match accordingly.

You always know the practical boundaries in advance: date & start time, activity duration, meeting point, dress code, food & drinks info, language, accessibility, price range per person, and cancellation terms. The exact outing and location remain a surprise until 15 minutes before start.

We match based on your preferences and validate where we can. Still not a fit? Tell us, and we'll work with you on a suitable solution.

Yes. In the Guide you can note dietary needs and accessibility, like vegetarian, halal, gluten, or limited mobility. We match within those boundaries. If unsure, add it to the notes or contact us.

Usually between 2 and 4 hours. The booking shows a clear time estimate and any travel time. That way you can plan around it.

We monitor the weather and, if needed, choose a fitting dry alternative. Sometimes we reschedule in consultation. With a good-weather option booked, you can rebook without extra cost.

We use your data to plan your outing and handle the booking. We never sell it. Only the delivering partner gets what they need to host you.

Tell us. We'll review what feels off and look at rebooking, an alternative match, or another suitable fix. It should feel right.

You pay securely online via iDEAL | Wero, credit card or other payment methods. Payment is only completed after your match is confirmed. If you cancel within the free period, you automatically get your money back.

Toudou credits are vouchers you can use for future bookings. You get them from cancellations if you choose credit instead of refund, or as gift cards. Credits are valid for 24 months and can always be exchanged for money.

In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the booking is considered 'used'. No refund takes place and the outing cannot be rescheduled free of charge, unless Toudou and/or the organizer decide otherwise as a courtesy.

Yes! Our offering varies by season. In summer more outdoor activities like boat trips and terraces, in winter more indoor options like workshops and cultural outings. When booking, we automatically see which activities are available at that time.

Yes, please do! After your outing you'll receive an email with a link to rate your experience. Your feedback helps others make their choice and helps us and our partners improve our service.

Yes. You buy a digital gift card and receive it instantly by email. The recipient fills the Guide themselves so it stays personal.

You choose an amount and get the card in your inbox right away. The recipient activates it when it suits them and then fills the Guide. The card is valid for 24 months and can be exchanged.

Fill the Surprise Guide as if you were booking yourself. At the end, enter your gift card code to apply the amount. There's no separate activation step.

Up to 96 hours before, you can cancel for free and get 100% back (within 10 business days). Between 24 and 96 hours you can often move once in consultation (sometimes with a small fee). Within 24 hours the booking is typically final unless your outing states otherwise.

Sometimes nothing fits your timing or wishes. Adjust your preferences or leave your email; we'll check manually and let you know within 24 hours if we can arrange something.

We respond as quickly as we can, prioritizing urgent cases. If you need help right before or during your outing, it gets fast attention.

Yes. Via 'For organizers' you create an account in minutes and add your organization and outings. We review fit and quickly let you know how we can work together.

Registration and adding experiences is free. We charge a 20% partner fee on each completed booking. There are no hidden costs, monthly fees or setup costs.

We review applications within 48 hours. You'll receive an email once your experience is approved or if we have additional questions. Once approved, your experience can be immediately found by guests.

Guests pay upfront via Toudou. You receive a monthly overview and payout at the beginning of the following month. You get 80% of the booking (the guest pays 100%, we keep 20% partner fee). For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows you always receive your full compensation.

Guests fill in our Surprise Guide with preferences like theme, budget, group size and location. Our algorithm automatically matches them with suitable experiences. You receive a notification for each booking and can accept or decline within 24 hours.

You can decline bookings within 24 hours of receiving them. Need to cancel an accepted booking? Contact us as soon as possible via partners@toudou.world. We'll help find an alternative for the guest. Avoid this when possible to maintain your reliability.

Yes, via your organizer dashboard you can always adjust your availability, prices and experience information. Changes take effect immediately. We recommend updating your calendar regularly so you only receive relevant bookings.

All interactive group activities can work: workshops (cooking, art, sports), tours, escape rooms, tastings, outdoor activities, culture and entertainment. Important is that it's fun for groups of 2-12 people and that the experience lasts approximately 1-4 hours.

Guests only see the city and theme when booking. We share the exact address only 24 hours before via email. This keeps it a surprise while allowing guests to plan accordingly.
