    Ceramics, perfume making, printmaking, improv, creative-coding jams. Good fit for mixed-department teams — levels out experience gaps.

    Canal SUP, Amsterdamse Bos hike & fire, bouldering, mystery-style city games. Best in May–September; weather plan B always included.

    When to book

    1–2 weeks for groups ≤20. For 20+ during peak months (May, June, September, December): 3–4 weeks.

    Invoicing & payment

    iDEAL, Wero or credit card at checkout. Company invoice with VAT split included. Payment on invoice after custom proposal.

    Last-minute changes

    Adjust group size up to 48h before. Cancellation policy: full refund up to 7 days before, 50% up to 48h, none after.

    For groups up to 20 people the Surprise Guide can build something within a few days. For 20+ we recommend 2–4 weeks so venues can be secured, especially in May, June, September and December when demand is highest.

    Yes. You can add company details during checkout. Invoicing with VAT split is supported and payment is handled via iDEAL or Wero. For larger amounts we offer payment on invoice after a custom proposal.

    Each participant fills in their own dietary and practical info after you book. We match only with activities and venues that can accommodate the group. Allergies, vegetarian, vegan, halal and mobility needs are all supported.

    Yes. Before matching, you can exclude categories (for example: no alcohol, no escape rooms, no high-intensity physical, no boats). We match within your constraints — the surprise happens inside those limits.

    Until 48 hours before the activity you can adjust the group size. We coordinate the change with the venue so no-one overpays for absent colleagues. Details are in our cancellation policy.
